Concerns Arise Over Japan's Possible "Strong Landing on Diaoyu Island," Defense Ministry Responds

有记者提问,日本冲绳县石垣市议会通过了一份涉钓鱼岛条例,引发外界担忧日本可能借此强登钓鱼岛开展所谓“登岛调查”。请问国防部对此有何评论?
对此,蒋斌表示,钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿是中国固有领土。中方将继续采取有效措施,坚定维护国家领土主权和海洋权益。

蒋斌回应说,日本新政府上台以来黩武扩军动作频频,加速谋求军事松绑,以加强“反击能力”为借口发展进攻性武器,甚至公然鼓噪“拥核论”,严重违背日本根据《开罗宣言》《波茨坦公告》等具有国际法效力的文件规定应履行的战败国义务,威胁亚洲和世界和平稳定,已引起地区国家和国际社会的高度警惕。
蒋斌表示,今年是东京审判开庭80周年。日本右翼势力推动“再军事化”的野心已昭然若揭,中方将同所有爱好和平的国家一道,坚决遏阻军国主义幽灵再现,坚决捍卫战后国际秩序和国际公平正义。
