Hubei Ship's Full Training Assessment Forms Overall Combat Capability, Directly Hitting the Training Ground

The full training assessment is a key step for naval vessels from the commissioning of new ships to the full formation of combat capability. Recently, the 075-class amphibious assault ship Hubei successfully passed the full training assessment organized by the Southern Theater Command Navy, establishing the overall combat capability of the platform.

Upon arriving in the training area, the Hubei immediately began the assessment of naval gun air defense tasks. The fire control system operated the naval guns to track the target; the shooting commander issued firing parameters; the operator locked onto the target and successfully shot down the target drone.

Naval Officer Hubei Xu Hui: It was difficult to hit because the target's profile was small, and the projected area was even smaller, which required a high level of tracking capability from our operators.

Subsequently, the assessment team issued a special situation for "frogman infiltration." The officers and soldiers quickly deployed anti-frogman sonar to track the target; the operators launched anti-frogman rockets.

While sailing, the Hubei also organized assessments for electronic countermeasures, air defense, missile defense, and wartime political work. All personnel on board closely coordinated and successfully completed the established objectives.

The naval ship Hubei, hull number 34, is the fourth 075-class amphibious assault ship of the People's Navy. This ship was independently developed by our country, with a maximum displacement of over 40,000 tons, featuring a straight-through deck design that greatly enhances the deck operational area, allowing multiple onboard helicopters to take off and land simultaneously. The cargo hold can accommodate air-cushion boats, tanks, armored vehicles, and other equipment. It possesses strong combat capabilities and excellent air and sea control capabilities.
