Xinhua News Agency, Tehran, April 7 - The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran stated on the 7th that it struck a U.S.-owned petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia and several other important U.S. assets in the country during the 99th wave of the "Real Commitment-4" operation launched that day.

According to a report by the Islamic Republic News Agency citing this statement, Iranian missiles also targeted a container ship belonging to Israel. The ship was originally scheduled to transport military equipment to Israel using a port in the UAE. This move was intended to warn other vessels attempting to cooperate with the U.S. and Israel.

Earlier that day, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced the launch of the 99th wave of the "Real Commitment-4" operation, using ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones to strike U.S. military bases in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, as well as Israeli military assembly points and command control centers. This round of attacks aimed to respond to enemy assaults on the large petrochemical complex in the Asaluyeh region of southern Iran.
