穆萨维说：“我们已做好应对敌人任何行动的准备”。穆萨维还说，在以色列与伊朗的“12日战争”之后，伊朗的军事信条从防御性转变为进攻性，对敌人予以毁灭性打击。
美国近期持续对伊朗发出军事威胁，并向伊朗周边增派军事力量，要求伊方尽快与美方谈判并达成协议。
