阿拉格奇指出,目前尚不具备开展严肃谈判的条件,若不就谈判框架、内容和规则达成一致,谈判不可能取得实质进展。阿拉格齐还表示,美国往往通过第三方与伊朗接触,伊朗愿意进行公正、平衡的外交,但拒绝任何强加式谈判,缺乏相互尊重和平等条件就不可能达成公平协议。
