阿拉格奇指出，目前尚不具备开展严肃谈判的条件，若不就谈判框架、内容和规则达成一致，谈判不可能取得实质进展。阿拉格齐还表示，美国往往通过第三方与伊朗接触，伊朗愿意进行公正、平衡的外交，但拒绝任何强加式谈判，缺乏相互尊重和平等条件就不可能达成公平协议。
