► MBDA’s offer selected for the takeover of Centum T&S’s main activities

• MBDA acquires the majority of the activities of Centum T&S, specialised in electronic engineering, based in Ecully, Moirans, and Palaiseau.
• MBDA creates a wholly-owned subsidiary in France, reinforcing the acceleration of its growth.
• Over 200 employees join the newly created company and integrate into the MBDA Group.

MBDA has acquired the activities of the Ecully, Moirans, and Palaiseau sites of Centum T&S, which had entered administration, with over 200 employees. This company is recognized by its clients for the expertise of its engineering teams and the quality of its accomplishments in the fields of electronics and test benches.

This acquisition is part of MBDA’s strategy to extend its engineering and industrial capabilities to meet the growing needs of its markets. In this regard, the integration of Centum T&S’s recognized electronic engineering expertise is a significant milestone in the development of MBDA.

A new company will be created, wholly owned by MBDA, to take over the assets of Centum T&S and ensure the continuity of client contracts. This new subsidiary will also support the acceleration of MBDA’s production in France.

The newly created company, in line with Centum T&S, will offer a wide range of engineering services to sovereign clients to help them design and realize complex electronic products and subsystems.
