The U.S. side should adhere to the One China principle and the three joint communiqués between China and the U.S., especially the "August 17" communiqué, implement the important consensus reached during the meetings between the leaders of China and the U.S., fulfill its commitments and statements to China, and handle the Taiwan issue with caution, taking practical actions to maintain the stability, health, and sustainable development of the relations between the two countries and their militaries.
