新华社开普敦1月11日电（孙刚政 杜江帆）当地时间1月10日上午，“和平意志-2026”海上联合演习开幕式在南非开普敦西蒙斯敦港举行，中国、俄罗斯、南非等金砖成员国参演。
此次联演以“维护重要航运通道和经济活动安全的联合行动”为课题，中方派出的参演兵力包括海军第48批护航编队的导弹驱逐舰唐山舰、综合补给舰太湖舰，携舰载直升机1架，以及数十名特战队员。
据了解，联演于1月9日至16日位南非西蒙斯敦附近海空域组织实施。其中，1月9日至1月12日是港岸阶段，主要进行联演开幕式、舰艇参观、文体活动、专业技术交流等项目；1月13日至1月15日是海上阶段，中国海军舰艇将与各国参演舰艇围绕通信操演、编队运动、对海打击、解救被劫持船舶、直升机转运救治伤病员等科目开展演练；1月16日，将举行闭幕式。
联演旨在进一步深化参演各国军事交流合作，提高共同应对海上威胁能力。
