On July 28, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that in the past day, the Russian military struck ammunition depots, fuel depots, drone production workshops, and drone storage facilities of the Ukrainian military. In addition, the Russian military targeted energy and transportation infrastructure used by the Ukrainian military, as well as temporary deployment points of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries in 142 areas, and took control of the Red Kut settlement in the Donetsk region. The report also stated that the Russian military continued to strike ports and vessels used for supplying the Ukrainian military during the day on the 28th.
