Saudi Arabia claims Houthi attacks injured 11 civilians
Xinhua News Agency, Riyadh, August 7 (Reporter Luo Chen) The Saudi Arabia-led multinational coalition issued a statement early on the 7th, saying that the Houthi armed group launched an attack on the 6th, injuring 11 civilians in the southern Saudi province of Najran.
Coalition spokesman Turki al-Maliki stated in the announcement that among the injured, 7 are Saudi citizens, including a 4-year-old child; the remaining 4 injured individuals are from Egypt, Yemen, and Pakistan.
Al-Maliki condemned the Houthi attack as a violation of international humanitarian law. He stated that the multinational coalition will continue to take deterrent measures to respond to such attacks and ensure the safety of civilians.
