新华社广州1月23日电（陈典宏、杨晓敏）2026年1月23日1时30分许，南部战区接三沙海事局通报，1月22日21时30分许，一艘从菲律宾驶往中国广东的外籍散装货船，位黄岩岛西北55海里附近海域倾斜失联，船上共有21名船员。接通报后，南部战区快速响应，立即调度力量展开救援，安排军机位失事海域上空持续搜索，正在附近的2艘中国海警舰艇接令后快速前出施救。截至12时30分，已救起17人，其中14人生命体征稳定，2人不幸遇难，1人正在抢救。目前，救援行动仍在紧张进行，我海事部门正组织救援力量赶往失事海域。
