The First Mobile Division of the Armed Police Force answers questions for officers and soldiers face-to-face—

“Everything is Clear” Service Station on-site office

“The family medical insurance information has been entered into the system, and you can enjoy medical discounts.” Recently, when soldier Xiao Yang visited the military hospital with his parents, the nurse at the payment counter's reminder surprised him. It turned out that Xiao Yang had submitted the relevant proof materials at the division's “Everything is Clear” service station a few days ago, allowing him to enjoy discounts during this visit, which made him feel very warm about the efficiency of the office.

Wang, an officer from the Human Resources Department of the division, introduced that the “Everything is Clear” service station is an on-site office point established by the division that integrates functions such as business processing, policy consultation, and suggestion collection, aimed at answering questions for officers and soldiers face-to-face and promptly resolving conflicts encountered.

Previously, their research found that some agency cadres had a weak awareness of proactive service and an impractical work style, treating “policy publicity” as “policy implementation,” which led to ineffective implementation and poor results for some matters involving the direct interests of officers and soldiers. Some soldiers had to consult the agency multiple times, only to receive vague responses, resulting in a lot of unnecessary trips.

“To ensure that officers and soldiers are promptly informed of policies and can enjoy them, the agency's services must go further, allowing policies to ‘follow’ officers and soldiers rather than having officers and soldiers ‘chase’ policies.” The leadership of the division decided to establish the “Everything is Clear” service station, organizing agency personnel to provide “one-stop” services, rotating weekly to concentrate office work at a grassroots battalion, ensuring service coverage across the board without leaving any blind spots.

When officers and soldiers come to consult, the service station staff break down the relevant policies item by item, ensuring that the policy documents are understandable and usable for the officers and soldiers. For officers and soldiers coming to handle business, matters that can be processed on-site are completed immediately, while those that cannot be handled on-site or do not belong to the duty department's business are included in a pending list, with duty personnel coordinating with relevant departments and providing timely feedback on the progress of the matter.

Not long ago, Corporal Xiao Li came to the “Everything is Clear” service station to inquire about the conditions and required materials for promotion to a mid-level soldier. The duty personnel not only explained the policy requirements item by item but also provided a detailed list of bonus points, skill certifications, and other situations based on his years of service, professional position, and annual assessment results. “I didn’t understand the policy deeply before, but now the direction is clear, and I’m more motivated,” said Xiao Li. In front of the service station, Squad Leader Shang Chengbin applied for marriage approval procedures, and the duty personnel warmly received him, checking the information item by item and quickly completing the signing and stamping.

“We keep the officers and soldiers in our hearts, and the officers and soldiers will carry the mission on their shoulders.” The leadership of the division introduced that since the establishment of the “Everything is Clear” service station, it has resolved a number of issues related to welfare benefits and business processing for officers and soldiers.
