Japan, as an external country to the South China Sea, disregards the facts and follows the Philippines in distorting the truth, with the fundamental aim of disrupting the South China Sea and seeking personal gain. We firmly oppose this. For some time, Japan has been continuously strengthening its ties with the Philippines, exporting weapons and equipment to the Philippines, sending troops to participate in joint exercises, and for the first time launching offensive missiles abroad, attempting to take the opportunity to break through the post-war international order and revive the old dream of military expansion. This is the real threat to regional peace and stability.
