Ukrainian Army Denies Russia's Complete Control of Luhansk
Xinhua News Agency, Kyiv, April 21 - Alexander Borodin, spokesman for the Ukrainian Third Army Corps, stated on the 21st that the Ukrainian military still controls the areas of Nadiya, Novohryhorivka, and Hryshkivka in the Luhansk region, denying claims by the Russian side that they have completely taken control of the Luhansk region.
