Ukrainian Army Plans Systematic Reforms

After listening to a report from the leadership of the Ukrainian military, Zelensky said: “The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is planning a series of systematic reforms. These reforms will help to more clearly assess the situation at the front, respond more quickly to changes, and ensure that each brigade has greater capability to withstand Russian military assaults.”
In addition, Zelensky heard reports from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhny, Chief of the General Staff, Skiiubiyuk, Acting Minister of Defense, Humer, and Deputy Head of the Presidential Office, Palitsa, regarding the front-line situation, the tactics of Russian military missile usage, and Ukraine's capability to respond to related threats.
Zelensky pointed out: “A number of decisions, technical measures, and asymmetric means that can enhance Ukraine's defensive capabilities have been clearly identified.”
Zelensky also discussed with senior military officials the situation in the Sloviansk and Kostiantynivka directions, the operation of Ukraine's maritime export routes, and follow-up measures regarding "medium-range strikes" against Russian military forces and positions in Crimea and other areas. He stated that the priority target list for such strikes has been updated.
Zelensky tasked Zaluzhny with strengthening information communication and coordination with military leadership in European countries.
