On April 10 local time, CCTV reporters learned that assessments from the United States and Israel indicate that Iran's military capabilities "have been severely weakened, but still retain some firepower."
U.S. and Israeli officials stated that "more than half of Iran's missile launchers have been destroyed, damaged, or trapped underground," and the total inventory of missiles has "roughly been halved." However, many of these launchers "could still potentially be excavated from underground facilities and restored to use."
