The KC-46 Pegasus is a Boeing 767-derived aerial refueling and transport aircraft developed for the U.S. Air Force. It is intended to replace older KC-135 tankers while adding defensive systems, cargo flexibility, passenger movement, aeromedical evacuation, and improved connectivity for distributed air operations.

The aircraft can refuel boom-equipped and probe-equipped receivers, carry palletized cargo, move personnel, and support medical evacuation.
