► ELVO & Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles advance joint industrial cooperation through high-level meetings in Austria

Thessaloniki, GREECE – As part of the ongoing cooperation between Hellenic Vehicle Industries (ELVO) and Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles GmbH (RMMV), a senior ELVO delegation recently visited RMMV’s production facilities in Vienna, Austria, for a series of high-level management and technical meetings to advance the implementation of the companies’ strategic partnership.

The latest visit follows the Memorandum of Understanding signed earlier this year and forms part of a continuous program of joint work already underway between the two companies. Since the signing of the agreement, dedicated teams from ELVO and RMMV have been working on manufacturing activities to produce the RMMV military truck for the Greek market at ELVO’s facilities in Thessaloniki.

During the visit, executives from both companies reviewed progress to date and discussed the next phases of cooperation. Both RMMV and ELVO see this as a strategic cooperation, leading to the creation of new production lines at ELVO, alongside an increase in personnel, to supply Greece with state-of-the-art, proven military trucks.
