Fleet 2026 – Rosoboronexport presents a line of Russian USVs and UUVs
Ukraine’s successful combat use of unmanned surface vessels (USVs) and unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) in the Black Sea has had a significant impact on the development of robotic maritime systems worldwide
As demonstrated by the exhibits at the International Maritime Defense Show (IMDS-2026) in Kronstadt, the Russian Navy, as well as the Russian shipbuilding industry, are drawing certain conclusions from the dynamic development of maritime robotic systems. The results of these conclusions were on display at Russian companies’ stands at IMDS-2026 “Fleet-2026” in Kronstadt.
In particular, JSC Rosoboronexport (part of Rostec corporation) showcased several types of Russian USVs and UUVs at its static exhibit. The Briz USV, presented at the exhibition, is the base platform for the development of a marine robotic system with small unmanned boats for various purposes. The boat is 7 meters long, 2.5 meters wide, has a speed of 45 knots, and a range of 500 km.

Also presented at IMDS-2026 is the BEK-6 vehicle, which is the base platform for the development of a system with ultra-small unmanned boats for various purposes. The BEK-6 is 6.2 meters long, 2.3 meters wide, has a speed of 40 knots, and a range of 500 km.
The “Unmanned Marine System” USV was created as the base platform for the further development of a marine robotic system with ultra-small unmanned boats for various purposes. The USV is 5.82 meters long, 1.9 meters wide, has a speed of 40 knots, and a range of 500 km.
The Orkan is the most compact naval drone presented; with a length of 5.3 meters, a width of 1.7 meters, and a height of 0.8 meters, it can accommodate a target load for various purposes. It can operate in waves up to State 3. The fuel capacity is 100 liters.

The MMT-300 autonomous unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) demonstrated at the exhibition is designed for seafloor surveys and inspection of technical underwater infrastructure at depths of up to 300 meters. The UUV is 2.7 meters long, 0.29 meters in diameter, and has an operational range of up to 3.5 km.
