Hong Kong Citizens Queue to "Check In" at Arriving Naval Warship
On the 4th, the Nanning and Hengyang ships, docked at the Hong Kong Ang Chuan Zhou military camp, welcomed a large number of Hong Kong citizens who came to visit. The ship's officers and soldiers prepared a variety of engaging activities, allowing visitors to gain a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the development of national defense and military construction in the new era.
Reporter Ma Yuan: Today's Ang Chuan Zhou military camp is bustling with activity. We see that many Hong Kong citizens have mobilized their entire families, arriving early in the morning to line up outside the military camp gate, waiting to catch a glimpse of the People's Navy. To enrich the visiting experience for citizens, the ship's officers and soldiers have also carefully prepared a variety of interactive projects, allowing citizens to fully feel the warmth from the People's Navy while visiting.

Hong Kong Citizen: Coinciding with the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the 29th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, the country has sent ships like the Nanning to Hong Kong, demonstrating the nation's care for Hong Kong. During and after the visit, I felt very proud and honored to be a Chinese person, and I also felt the country's nurturing of Hong Kong and its youth.

Reporter Ma Yuan: Now we are on the aft deck of the Nanning ship, which is mainly the area for the takeoff and landing of onboard helicopters. I see many Hong Kong citizens enthusiastically taking photos and capturing memories here. If we look over here, we can see the Hengyang ship 568; we are directly opposite the front deck of the Hengyang ship. Here, we can see the display area for onboard equipment, including the main gun, secondary guns, and missiles. This open event not only opened the front and rear decks but also many areas inside the cabins to the public, allowing Hong Kong citizens to feast their eyes.

Hong Kong Citizen: Seeing the motherland's warship now, it's a perfect score! I'm very excited.

Hong Kong Citizen: With such advanced warships coming to Hong Kong, I feel very proud as a Hong Kong Chinese. I am very proud of the country's development in national strength and military power. Here, we wish the country to become more prosperous and strong, and we also hope for a better tomorrow for Hong Kong.
