Xinhua News Agency, Kuwait City, September 20 (Reporter Yin Zhao) - Sana'a reports: According to the Masirah TV station controlled by the Houthi armed group in Yemen, Saudi Arabian warplanes conducted airstrikes on communication towers in the northern Al-Jawf province of Yemen on the same day, resulting in 4 deaths and 3 injuries.
The report stated that Saudi warplanes targeted communication towers in the Hab and Sha'af areas of Al-Jawf province, leading to the deaths of 4 workers and injuring another 3.
The Saudi side has not yet responded to the incident.
Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree stated earlier that day that Saudi warplanes had launched 28 airstrikes on Al-Jawf, Taiz, and Marib provinces in Yemen over the past 24 hours. He mentioned that since the escalation of the situation, the number of airstrikes conducted by Saudi Arabia has reached 760.
Recently, the Houthi armed group has intensified its offensive against government forces and announced a maritime blockade against Saudi Arabia, which supports the Yemeni government.
