Xinhua News Agency, Tehran, April 29 - Iranian Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian stated during a phone call with Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar on the 29th that the current turmoil in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz is a direct consequence of the aggressive actions taken by the United States and Israel against Iran.
According to the Iranian Mehr News Agency, the two sides exchanged views on the latest developments regarding the ceasefire, bilateral relations, and regional and international situations during the call.
