Ministry of Defense: China and Belarus Will Hold "God Eagle-2026" Paratrooper Joint Training
On the afternoon of August 7, Colonel Chen Xi, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, released information regarding recent military-related issues.
Chen Xi: In mid to late August, the armed forces of China and Belarus will hold the "Shen Ying-2026" airborne joint training in Hubei. This joint exercise will focus on joint urban counter-terrorism operations, primarily conducting drills in reconnaissance and counter-reconnaissance, seizing and defense, as well as clearing and holding. This is the fourth time the two sides have conducted this series of joint training, which will help further enhance the combat capabilities of the participating troops and deepen practical cooperation between the two militaries.
