In recent years, Japan has accelerated its "remilitarization," openly expanding its military capabilities, and a series of dangerous trends are very similar to the militaristic preparations and initiation of war before World War II. If a country that was once keen on launching aggressive wars and has not genuinely reflected on its historical crimes is allowed to rearm and become a "war-capable nation," the tragic history may repeat itself.
