The 48th Escort Task Force of Our Navy, the Tangshan Ship, Arrives in Seychelles for a Friendly Visit

According to the PLA Daily, Du Jiangfan and Tan Zhenzhen report: On June 26 local time, the 48th escort fleet of the Chinese Navy, the Tangshan ship, arrived at Victoria Harbor in Seychelles, beginning a 5-day friendly visit to Seychelles.

After the ship docked, guided by the interpreters, groups of welcoming crowds boarded the ship to visit and learn about the ship's performance and the fleet's mission in escorting the Gulf of Aden. The people of Seychelles expressed after the visit: "On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Seychelles, the arrival of the Chinese warship in Seychelles is a testament to the deep friendship between our two countries, and we warmly welcome the arrival of the Chinese Navy."

It is reported that during the visit, the fleet will carry out professional exchanges, deck receptions, and other activities, and will send a team to participate in the parade celebrating the 50th anniversary of Seychelles' independence, further deepening the strategic mutual trust and traditional friendship between China and Seychelles, and serving to build a community with a shared future between China and Africa in the new era.
