On the 27th local time, Chief of Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, Aviv Kochavi, stated at a multi-front security situation assessment meeting that the IDF is facing severe multiple challenges. Kochavi indicated that from Iran, Lebanon to the Gaza Strip, the IDF is comprehensively advancing operational procedures across all fronts and maintaining the highest level of alert under a sensitive multi-front pattern.
In response to the tense situation in the West Bank, Kochavi ordered the elevation of a division-level command's readiness status to strengthen control in the area and requested that relevant operational forces be prepared for immediate deployment to the front lines.
