The Mayor of Moscow, Sobyanin, reported on August 16 that from the evening of the 15th to 6:30 AM on the 16th local time, a total of 600 drones flew towards the Moscow region, of which 201 were shot down within the Moscow region. The Governor of Moscow Oblast reported that the Ukrainian drone attack resulted in 1 death and caused at least 2 warehouses in the region to catch fire.
