Ukraine claims to have attacked multiple facilities supporting Russian military drones.
Xinhua News Agency, Kyiv, August 17 (Reporter Li Dongxu) The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated on social media on the 17th that in the early hours of the day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched attacks on multiple storage, launch, and control facilities for attack drones of the Russian military located in Crimea and the Kherson region.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the storage and launch site for Russian military attack drones located in the village of the Crimean Guards caught fire after being attacked by Ukrainian forces. In addition, the Ukrainian Defense Forces also targeted the ground control station for attack drones in western Crimea, as well as the communication and power supply facilities of the drone relay station in the southwestern region of Kherson.
The Ukrainian side stated that the Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to launch attacks on key military targets of the Russian military.
