The Houthi armed group in Yemen stated on the 4th that the Saudi and Yemeni government forces launched 106 airstrikes and missile attacks "on areas controlled by the organization" in the past 24 hours. The Houthi-controlled Masirah TV reported that on the same day, a large hospital near the southern part of the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, was hit by an airstrike, resulting in injuries and damage to hospital facilities. Currently, the Yemeni government forces have claimed responsibility for this airstrike.

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree issued a statement on the 4th saying that in response to the airstrikes by Saudi and Yemeni government forces, the organization launched missile and drone attacks on two facilities of Saudi Aramco located in Riyadh and the Khurais area. There has been no response from the Saudi side regarding this.
