Zelensky: Over 200 Military Experts Sent to the Middle East to Assist in Responding to Iranian Drones
Ukrainian President Zelensky stated during a speech in the UK Parliament on the 17th that Ukraine has sent 201 anti-drone military experts to the Middle East to assist relevant countries in dealing with Iran's "Shahed" series of drones, with another 34 people ready for deployment.
Zelensky noted that these individuals are "military experts who know how to provide assistance and how to defend against the 'Shahed' drones." The Ukrainian team is currently working in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, with additional personnel en route to Kuwait.
He stated that Ukraine currently has the capacity to produce about 2,000 interceptor drones per day and is willing to supply half of that production capacity to its allies.
