According to the bill, the special military court has the authority to impose death sentences.
The Israel Times reported that the special military court will try approximately 300 "attackers" who were captured and have been detained in Israel since the "10·7" attack. The bill also stipulates that anyone suspected, accused, or convicted of participating in the "10·7" attack cannot be released through prisoner exchange agreements.
