The "Reserve Personnel Certificate" is a core document style with high anti-counterfeiting features and general recognition. It serves as an effective document to prove the identity of reserve personnel, with a certificate number that is a unique identity number generated by the system. It is issued to reserve officers, reserve non-commissioned officers, and reserve soldiers who serve in the People's Liberation Army in accordance with the law after the implementation of the "People's Republic of China Reserve Personnel Law." The "People's Liberation Army Reserve Officer Certificate" is hereby abolished.

It is understood that the "Reserve Personnel Certificate" employs multiple anti-counterfeiting technologies, with a single-page folding core. The certificate content mainly includes information such as name and date of birth. Reserve personnel must hold a "Reserve Personnel Certificate" that matches their actual identity. In cases of changes in unit, reserve rank, or expiration of the certificate, the issuing authority should promptly review and reissue the certificate. Reserve personnel should properly safeguard the issued certificate and carry it with them during military training, readiness duties, and non-war military operations. It is strictly prohibited to lend, copy, forge, or alter the certificate, and measures should be taken to prevent loss and damage.
